This is a Forest exploration event. It is a unique event that occurs only once per play through and allows you to speak with Elof outside of the weekly tribute. This event gives you the Reeking Elof questline

Elof looks at you with his suspicious, nasty eyes. He doesn't seem too happy to see you here...
