Blodeuwedd gains this trait for 4 days after the 4th Tribute if the player chooses "Don't".

Shanaw has a 10% chance to generate this trait each night if she has the permanent negative trait Friend Zoned.

Characters can randomly gain this trait for 5 days while acting as the medic at the Medical Tent, or Scavenging The Shipwreck
